Since creating his very unique "King of the Road Show" in 1996, Jim King, AKA Jim
King of the Road, has won many fans and has received numerous honors from his
peers in the broadcasting industry... Jim is a 2009 NLG (Numismatic Literary Guild)
"Best Television Report" Award Winner. King is also a 1999 National Association of
Broadcasters Marconi Award Finalist; and he was named 1997 Oklahoma
Association of Broadcasters "Radio Personality of the Year." Jim, a 25-year
broadcast veteran, participates in over 200 community events per year gathering
interesting and entertaining videotape for his TV show... And photos for his weekly
column in The Examiner newspaper.
